Queen Standard:  One queen bed, 27" TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, couch, Mexican tile bathroom with shower cubicle. Occupancy 2 people

Queen Deluxe:  One queen bed, one queen sofa bed, 27" TV, kitchenette (small sink), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, round breakfast table, Mexican tile bathroom with shower cubicle. Occupancy 4 people

Waterfront:  Two queen beds, 27" TV, beautiful view of Clearwater Bay and Harbor, kitchenette with full size refrigerator and sink, microwave, coffee maker, couch, round breakfast table, Mexican tile bathroom with full size bathtub and shower over. Occupancy 4 people.

2 Bedroom Apartment:  Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has two single beds. The Lounge has one queen sleeper sofa and one regular sofa a 27" TV. Both master bedroom and lounge overlook the marina and have direct access to the marina deck. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink with a small breakfast table. Mexican tile bathroom with a full size tub and shower over. Occupancy 6 people.

Amenities:  Across the street from Clearwater Beach and Pier 60.  Large heated swimming pool, new 2,000 square foot wood pool deck plus a new 3,000 square foot deck overlooking Clearwater Bay and our Marina, Laundry facility, boat rentals, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and attractions

All rooms are non- smoking

Daily maid service, towels changed daily and linen every 4th day.

No Pets allowed
